Confirmation

Confirmation is one of the seven sacraments and involves the ‘laying-on’ of hands by a Bishop and anointing with oil. Confirmation can be seen as the next step taken after baptism, and confirms the vows that were taken at baptism, and emphasises the role of the Holy Ghost in the lives of Christians.
